Ganesh Chaturthi and Onam

Festivals are always a great opportunity to bring out our heirloom recipes and treat our guests and patrons to some traditional, authentic dishes that have been an integral part of our paati's kitchen and every celebration in South India.

This Ganesh Chaturthi, we put together a special sattvik 'no onion - no garlic' menu that offered festival favourite dishes such as the White Pumpkin Mor Kuzhambu and the traditional sweet and savoury dumplings - Kara Kozhukattai and Sweet Modakam - painstakingly made only during this season. The extensive menu was perfect for those looking to indulge in a festive treat after seeking Lord Ganesha's blessing.

Close on the heels of Ganesh Chaturthi was the much-awaited festival of Onam. We rang in the celebrations with a specially curated Onasadhya-inspired menu featuring festive delicacies of Kerala cuisine. The evergreen Avial, the delicious Puttu with Kadala Curry and the famous Elai Addai were runaway hits with food aficionados.

The best thing about festivals is always the food and the laughter that emanates from friends and family coming together over a festive special meal. And you can always count on us to be a part of your every celebration.

Cheers to the festive season!
